The floor plans of the Development are subject to the plans finally approved by the relevant Government Departments, please refer to the Sales Brochure, and the terms of the Agreement for Sale and Purchase shall prevail.
1.The type of the units of the Development is subject to the final approval by the relevant government authorities (for details, please refer to the sales brochure) and subject to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement. The Developer reserves the right to modify the layout and floor plans of the Development in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement and the latest building plans approved by the relevant government authorities.

The floor plan design conceptual drawings and the information contained in this website represent the designer’s impression of the unit concerned only and may have been processed with computerized imaging techniques and simplified, and is for reference only. The residential unit design, layout, partitions, colors, materials, features, fittings, finishes, appliances, lighting, lighting effects, furniture, decorations, plants and other objects in the design concept drawing are not the standard provisions upon handover or gifts. They will not appear or be provided within the relevant residential units. Purchasers must not rely on the design concept drawings for any use or purpose. Please refer to the sales brochure for the plans, standard provisions upon handover, fittings, finishes, appliances of the residential properties of the Development.

The saleable area and the floor area of the balcony, utility platform and verandah (if any) of the residential property are calculated in accordance with section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. The saleable area does not include the area of the items specified in Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. The areas specified in square feet are converted from a rate of 1 square metre = 10.764 square feet and rounded off to the nearest square foot which may be slightly different from that shown in square metre.

The furniture, appliance, facilities in the floor plan are for reference only, and shall not constitute or be construed as constituting any offer, representation, undertaking, warranty or contractual term, whether express or implied by the Vendor in respect of the standard provisions of the actual residential property of the Development. The Vendor does not give any offer, undertaking, representation, undertaking or warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, whether in relation to the modification of the design, furniture, appliance and facilities. For the provision of the fittings, finishes and appliances of the specified residential property, please refer to the sales brochure.
